Boat end mount for use on Signal Boat.  Supplied with Velcro for attachment to a pole marking the boat end of the line.  And an extra long mast slug if Signal Boat happens to be a sailboat, and the mast will be used to mark the boat end.  Mount has loops on top and bottom, allowing a computer to be hoisted up the mast and returned with a painter line.
