ILCA/Laser Dual Location Mount

ILCA/Laser Deck Mount for use either aft or fore of mast.  Aft of mast, choose the higher instrument attachment location to allow control lines to pass underneath the instrument.  Fore of mast, choose the lower instrument attachment location to minimize height above deck.  Rib on back of mount prevents mainsheet snags from fellow competitors during maneuvers in tight quarters.  

Supplied with MadMounts quick release mechanism with substantially more holding power than the standard issue from Vakaros.  Spring is hidden in a cavity to protect from harmful effects of salt water.

Affixes to deck with supplied 3M Dual Lock.  Safety tether and fast attach clip also included.  

Fully compatible with Protective Cases (sold separately and highly recommended).

Optional adapter ($50 USD) to allow for quick, no-tool changes between an Atlas and a Micro Compass.
